仁愛基金會是一個以醫療貧困病患救助與基層社區醫療服務為主要服務項目的基金會。為了推廣兒童衛生教育及未來其他活動，仁愛基金會特地舉辦本次比賽，希望藉由徵選為兒童創造的可愛造型角色，成為仁愛醫院及仁愛基金會的代言人，未來除了應用此角色造型於基金會形象塑造外，也將應用到活潑生動的媒介當中呈現公共衛生教育的內容，以更多采多姿的方式來推動學齡兒童衛教及其他活動，藉由這種方式來提昇公共衛生品質，以及促進社區健康。
Jen-Ai Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to alleviate psychological and financial burdens of those patients in the underprivileged community. In order to provide a more comprehensive healthcare environment for its community, Jen-Ai Foundation will be promoting children public health through various interactive and educational means. The Jen-Ai Spokesman Character Design Contest hopes to unveil the most ideal and expressive Spokesmen for Jen-Ai. With the use of these characters in an exciting storyline, children can easily comprehend basic healthcare knowledge. Jen-Ai Foundation aims to increase awareness and the importance of public and personal health in children and to promote preventive care through online and community education.
參賽資格說明 Who Can Join
參賽資格限制：大專以上在學學生及社會人士。參賽者須擁有中華民國國民身分或持有有效居留證之外籍人士，不符合以上條件者恕不受理報名；得獎者若有身份不符或證件過期之情事，主辦單位保留取消該得獎者獎項之權利。
We welcome all post-secondary students and those who are currently in the work force. For the purpose of this contest, you must possess the Republic of China National Citizen Identification or a valid Alien Residency Certificate. If either is present, you cannot be admitted as a contestant. Should there be any mismatch in information or expiry issues, Jen-Ai Foundation remains the right to cancel your eligibility.
活動獎勵方式 Rewards
首 獎：共計1名，獨得獎金新台幣 35,000元
第二名：共計1名，獨得獎金新台幣 15,000元
第三名：共計1名，獨得獎金新台幣 10,000元
＊備註：相關稅則依中華民國稅法辦理。

欲參加者，請下載報名表，連同規定格式之作品電子檔光碟直接寄到本基金會地址，本單位收到作品後將回覆受理報名通知，報名後三日內未收到回函通知者，或有任何相關疑問，歡迎來電洽詢。參賽者請自行保留參賽作品之備份，繳交之作品不論入選與否恕不退件。

即日起至97年2月18日(星期一)截止，以郵戳為憑，逾期不予受理。 - 比賽結果公告日期：97年3月10日 (星期一)
- 公告方式：徵選結果將於上述日期公告於仁愛基金會網頁之「最新消息」欄中，主辦單位亦將個別通知得獎者與領獎方式。
- Sign-up dates: Starting today until February 18, 2008, recognized by the post-office date stamp. Submission after this date will not be accepted.
- Results Announcing Date: March 10, 2008
- Results Announcing Method: Results will be announced on March 10, 2008 in Jen-Ai Foundation's website, under "News" column. We will contact winners of first, second, and third place via the contestants' preferred contacting method.
角色設計之故事背景 Storyline
從前，在太平洋邊緣的福爾摩莎島上，有一個十歲的小男孩阿仁，因為從小就跟著父母四處旅行的緣故，所以阿仁小小年紀就愛上了旅行，喜歡在旅途中遇見一切新鮮的人、事、物，接觸不同地方的人們與文化風俗。阿仁有一個小玩偶從小就陪著他長大，十歲生日的那一天，阿仁決定開始帶著他的玩偶獨自去冒險，爸爸媽媽雖然有許多擔心與不捨，但還是決定讓勇敢的阿仁出發去，讓他用自己的方式去體驗與了解這個世界。於是，阿仁背起他的背包，帶著他的小玩偶，以及媽媽為他準備的小小急救箱，獨自開始了他精采的旅程……
阿仁在旅途當中，難免會受點小傷生個小病，每一次受傷或生病，經過醫生的治療之後，阿仁又學得更多保護自己的知識與方法……
Once upon the time, on a small island near the Pacific Rim named Formosa, there was a curious 10 year-old boy who traveled all over the world. His name was Randy. Randy loved traveling ever since his parents took him along with them. He loved meeting new people on the way, experiencing different cultures, and going on adventures. Everywhere Randy went, he brought his little doll with him. On the day of his 10th birthday, Randy decided to take his little doll off to an adventure. Although his parents were worried about Randy's new journey, they still had faith and were willing to let Randy use his way to experience the world. And so, Randy picked up his backpack, seated his little doll in the backpack slot, stored the first aid kit that his mother prepared for him, and began his exciting journey…
Randy was a careless boy. On his journey, he often encountered minor injuries and sicknesses. After several visits to the doctors, Randy began to understand different ways to protect himself…
角色設計規則說明 Character Design Instructions
- 參賽設計師請為這個小故事設計五個角色，五個角色分別如下：
- 阿仁與他的隨身小玩偶：「阿仁」是個十歲左右的小男生(請見至規格頁第2點)，他的隨身「玩偶」的材質與形象不限
- 一位醫生
- 一個好(人) 角色
- 一個壞(人) 角色
- 一個由設計師自由發揮的角色
- 前述五個角色可以是人類，可以是非人類，可以是真實生物，也可以是虛構生物，雖然我們鼓勵無限制的創意，但五個角色之間必須要有合理互動的可能性。
- 每個角色請用10~100字簡單描述角色的個性，中英文皆可。請填寫在報名表中。
- Please design five characters that could participate in the above storyline. Five characters are as follow:
- Randy and his little doll. Randy is a 10 year-old boy (see #2 under work specification) and his little doll is seen as an accessory.
- Doctor
- Good character
- Bad character
- Open character
- The five characters can be humans, things, animals, real-life or non-existing organisms. Although we encourage creativity, please keep in mind that this set of five characters must rationally and logically interact with each other.
- Please use 10 to 100 words to describe the characters' personalities. Please fill the descriptions in the sign-up form in either English or Chinese.
作品評審團 Judges
作品評審團共有五人: 外聘專業評審兩名，仁愛醫院內部推舉評審三名
There will be in total of five people as the judges for this contest. Two of them are experts within the visual design field and the other three judges will be internal.
作品使用授權 Design Ownership Rights
所有得獎參賽作品之著作財產權必須全部轉讓給仁愛基金會。不願轉讓者主辦單位得取消其得獎資格。
Should you receive any reward as a result of this contest, the ownership of your design will automatically transfer to Jen-Ai Foundation. Please be advised that Jen-Ai Foundation reserves the right to edit and reproduce your work.
主辦單位聲明 Note
- 參賽作品未達評審標準，主辦單位與評審團得讓獎項從缺。
- 參選作品不得抄襲、模仿或剽竊他人之作品，若經發現有上述不法情事者，除取銷該參賽者得獎資格、追回獎金及獎品外，法律責任由該參賽者自負。得獎缺額之遞補與否由評審團與基金會共同協議之。
- 所有參加作品不得使用政治或象徵性的人事物。
- 所有參賽作品概不退還(參賽者請自行預留底稿)
- 本比賽任何相關之公告，將公佈在仁愛基金會之「最新消息」欄中，請參賽者定期至基金會網頁上閱覽。仁愛基金會網址： www.jaf.org.tw
- If the quality of the design pool is significantly lower than the expectation, the winner will remain absent.
- Your design must be your original work. You will be immediately disqualified from the contest if your work violates any copyrighted work. Should there be any legal disputes arising from such violation, you will be responsible for all the legal issues.
- Your design cannot be affiliated with any iconic or political figures or theme.
- Your design will not be returned to you (please keep your own copy before submission).
- Any announcements regarding this contest will be posted on Jen-Ai Foundation's website under "News" column. Contestants must voluntarily check upcoming news on a regular basis. Jen-Ai Foundation website: www.jaf.org.tw
