為宣導「停、看、轉、揮、動」五字訣的觀念，臺北市政府交通局特別舉辦「停、看、轉、揮、動安全過馬路5步驟」微電影比賽活動，廣邀各界好手運用具有創意的故事情節和清楚的宣導知識拍攝成時下最流行的微電影，希望透過競賽方式，取得具有創意之微電影影片，以有效闡述說明「停、看、轉、揮、動」五步驟的正確觀念；另外也將入選作品經過網路投票過程，宣導民眾觀看並認知該五步驟。未來得獎作品將剪輯製作30秒宣導短片，透過各項通路傳播，藉此建立行人良好習慣。

除了參與電影徵選之外，也鼓勵全民能夠共同參與此項比賽，主辦單位特設網上人氣獎，讓公眾可透過網路投票選出自己最喜愛的短片，最後選出網上最具人氣獎的作品，參與投票的人更有機會獲得「最具慧眼獎」精美獎品。

[創意]2013國立故宮博物院第一屆新媒體創意競賽「時空之眼-Open乾隆的百寶箱」(2013.07.29)

2011年國立故宮博物院推出「山水合璧─黃公望與富春山居圖新媒體藝術展」，結合數位聲、光、影、音互動科技將兩幅真跡山水合璧，賦予國寶文物創新價值，於2012年獲得美國博物館協會缪思獎競賽(MUSE Awards)「多媒體裝置類金牌獎」，站在全球舞台上為台灣爭光。

近年各國紛紛透過open data政策的推行帶動了許多新興跨業的創新應用，為此，行政院科技會報特別在2013年補助故宮博物院同步辦理乾隆新媒體藝術大展及開放100項素材進行新媒體創意競賽，主要除了吸引各界體驗典藏文物結合新媒體藝術之美，也鼔勵創作者運用數位科技將典藏素材轉化為多元化的新媒體創意作品，建立open data在典藏產業化的應用示範。

2013國立故宮博物院第一屆新媒體創意競賽「時空之眼-Open乾隆的百寶箱」活動自本年度4月10日起至7月29日止，競賽項目包括APP、微電影、動畫及新媒體互動藝術等四類。設置總獎金共178萬元且得獎作品之著作財產權將由創作者與故宮博物院共有並展出，競賽網頁將提供100項精彩素材的線上瀏覽及學習、雲端儲存及軟體派送服務平台，並辦理5場創意工坊、巡迴講座等廣宣活動邀請新媒體創作大師進行分享交流。歡迎各產業界之新媒體藝術、互動展示、數位內容、軟硬體設備、展會設計相關團體、從業人員或大專院校相關系所學生，以及有興趣的社會人士踴躍報名參賽。

美濃是唯一獲選為2012年「台灣十大觀光小城」的客庄，擁有得天獨厚的自然生態景觀，山明水秀、民風純樸，且保有完整的客家建築、煙樓等客家文史資產，展現出充沛的人文生命力，而客家音樂是最富客家特色的語言文化，充分反映客家族群勞動特質，是最典型的「常民文化」。
「美濃田園音樂節」串連美濃的歷史古蹟、生態景觀及美食特產，策劃豐富多元的客家語言文化、音樂表演及觀光導覽等活動，藉以發揚高雄的勞動精神及客家人重視互助合作的生活態度，並帶動美濃觀光產業發展。

由臺北縣政府主辦，臺北縣政府文化局承辦，臺灣藝術大學執行的國際學生電影金獅獎活動，主旨是透過世界各地的學生電影作品，來促進臺灣和國際之間的文化交流與了解。國立臺灣藝術大學是臺灣歷史最悠久的藝術學校，而這次的活動除了提供本地電影學系學生一個觀摩國外學生電影作品的機會，更讓國外各電影相關科系的學生能藉此了解臺灣以及臺灣的學生電影生態。國際學生電影金獅獎提供了一個絕佳的機會，能讓觀眾在這些未來的電影大師開始他們的專業電影生涯之前，預見下個世紀的風華。

初審：

因公開放映之故，作品內容需為普遍級，不可含色情、血腥、暴力畫面，並不得涉及誹謗、人身攻擊。影片內容若有爭議，策展單位有決定保留權。

報名者應為導演本人，作品若引用他人影音作品，須繳交著作權人授權同意書。若有抄襲、剽竊或侵害他人著作權之情事經法院判決確定者，報名參選者並應負損害賠償責任，策展單位保有撤銷或回收獎項、獎金（獎品）之權利。

2. 報名截止日期及注意資訊

線上報名截止日期為：2010年5月16日。

報名方式：4/15(四)~5/16(日)期間，報名者至痞客邦網站進行線上報名，填妥報名表內資料(包含創作理念、導演簡介)等基本資料。填寫報名表及上傳參賽作品之格式，請詳見痞客邦網站www.pixnet.net 參考。

一部報名影片上傳最大容量為100MB，且上傳後不接受任何資料修改。

報名影片請填寫下列資料：

2.創作理念、導演簡介。

以上參展資料，將留存於電影節主辦單位存檔。

3. 入選影片

3.1

入選影片請提供上傳下列資料：

1.) 報名表（請確實填寫完整）。

2.) 演職員表、導演的話。

3.) 導演照片（電子檔須300dpi以上）。

4.) 著作權人授權同意書（若作品引用他人影音作品）。

3.2

入選影片所提供之影片、導演照及其他影片相關資料，須同意免費授權本電影節於活動期間使用於電視、網路、其他媒體〈影片之使用以一分鐘內為限〉以及本電影節網站或其他宣傳品。

3.3

入選作品於評選結果公佈三個月內，須以無償方式授權台北電影節於相關活動宣傳，進行非營利之放映。

3.4

入選影片之放映格式為DVD，須另繳交影片DVD兩片，並備有中文字幕。

3.5

所有入選影片DVD於台北電影節結束後留為辦公室收藏。

3.6

台北主題獎之得獎作品，日後將以光碟格式提供台北市立圖書館總館，無償作為館內視聽典藏、學術研究之用。

Database security is the process of securing and protecting database information against cyber attacks from hackers or unauthorized access by company personnel.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND RULES

WE WELCOME INTERNATIONAL SUBMISSIONS.

Films must be submitted and received at the appropriate Application Security, Inc group on YouTube no later than 5:00 PM (ET), November 15, 2010.

The films will be viewed by our panel of judges (which is comprised of movie lovers and noted security experts). The first place winner will be awarded a prize of $2,000. Finalists will receive prizes of $500 and and all videos will be featured on the Application Security, Inc. Website, Facebook page and YouTube Channel.

The Winner will be announced and notified on or before Tuesday, November 23, 2010.

Films/videos must have a maximum length of two (2) minutes or less. We are looking for creativity, so stretch the bounds of your imagination. All entries are due by November 15, 2010 and must be submitted via the Application Security, Inc. group on www.YouTube.com. All entrants must also fill in the registration form on this website.

Submission is a two part process; your entry is not final until both steps have been completed and you have received an email confirmation of your entry from Application Security, Inc.

Entrants must submit/upload their video to the appropriate Application Security group on YouTube atHTTP://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/GROUP/VIDEOSMACKDOWN2010. Entrant must comply with all terms, conditions, and registration requirements of YouTube. The video must be in .wmv, .avi, .mov, or .mpg file formats. Videos must not exceed 500MB total size.

You must then visit this registration page to complete the entry form, and agree to the contest rules. Your entry is not complete until you have received a confirmation email. Winners will be notified and must execute final releases and information requests prior to payment of the prizes. Failure to do so will void the award.
Please submit your entry in English.
Winners are required to submit a DVD to Application Security, Inc. with a video resolution suitable for a 42” lcd monitor and the original copy that was uploaded to YouTube.

FILM REQUIREMENTS:

The goal of the Database Security Video SMACKDOWN is for teams or individuals to create an original 2 minute (or less) film/video in a genre of their choice. The film must mention the importance of Database Security – although the concept of Database Security does not need to be central to the film. It merely needs to be mentioned.

“Database Security is Important"
All films submitted must be a maximum of (2) two minutes in duration.
Refer to the credits section for specific content that must be included.
The films must meet the requirements of YouTube and cannot contain content that violates the submission standards of YouTube. You may not harm real animals or people in the making of your video.

Entry Fee: There is no entry fee, but submissions are limited to a maximum of two films per person or team.

Entry Deadline: All completed films must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM (ET) November 15, 2010.

Format: Entries must be submitted via the Application Security, Inc. group on YouTube The video must be in .wmv, .avi, .mov, or .mpg file formats. Videos must not exceed 500MB total size. Resolution of finalist videos must be suitable for projection on a 42inch flat screen monitor. Application Security, Inc. reserves the right to eliminate entrants that do not meet the resolution requirements.

Label: Each submission must include the following information: YEAR, TEAM/FILMMAKER NAME, TITLE OF FILM, RUNNING TIME, CONTACT INFO (phone and/or email).

Credits:

Panasonic LX3 超值組(公司貨)Written credits for key technical and talent positions should be provided to organizers (i.e. director, cinematographer, editor, writer, actors/actresses) including any music and/or footage sources. On-screen credits for technical and talent positions are not required.
If on-screen credits are included, they should be listed on one screen at the end, trailer-style, and not rolling for minutes like they would at the end of a feature.
All films MUST include both a title treatment for the film and a separate card credit that includes the Application Security Web site URL and Logo. The card credit should read:

JUDGES & JUDGING:

* The judges are individuals with a love of films and experience in the security industry, as determined by the organizer in its sole discretion. The judges will be the sole arbiters deciding Final Award consideration. No one will be allowed to be a Judge if he/she has any demonstrable bias or conflict of interest with respect to any of the Contest Entrants, as determined by the organizer in its sole discretion.

* Winner and any runners-up will be announced on or before Tuesday, November 23, 2010.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, technical merit, adherence to contest criteria, and “How well they manage to work the whole Database Security thing into the film.” These are clearly subjective categories and will be treated as such. The judges will not use a point system. The final Audience Award and any runners-up will be awarded based solely on the audience ballot.

Ownership of Movies: The filmmakers maintain the rights to their finished films. However, Application Security, Inc. reserves the right to broadcast the videos, post them on the internet, include scenes in future promotional materials, and otherwise use for promotional purposes.

Online Distribution: No movies may be posted anywhere other than the contest site prior to the contest. If we find your movie elsewhere before the screening, you will be ineligible for the competition. After the screening, however, filmmakers are free to post their films anywhere they want. Application Security, Inc. will feature the winning video as well as runner-ups on appsecinc.com or an associated site.

Disqualification: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Team, Contributor, Entrant, or Entered Film that does not comply with the Official Rules and other Contest requirements communicated by the organizer. We also reserve the right to disqualify films submitted by or promoting competitive entities at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Eligibility: Anyone can enter the Database Security VIDEO SMACKDOWN contest. There are no age restrictions and entry is open to amateurs and professionals alike.

Paid employees of Application Security, Inc are welcome to participate in the contest but are not eligible for the cash prize. A special Staff Section of the screening will be set aside for any such entries and special prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the organizers.

As a condition for entry, entrants agree to release, waive, indemnify, and otherwise hold harmless Application Security, Inc. and all persons associated with the contest from any liability associated with your video and this contest to the fullest extent of local or state laws.
